I had entrusted Sofian to sell my house over at Fernvale. From the start when i contact, he responded quite fast to answer my endless queries or concerns. I mean who wouldn’t be as it was my 1st time selling my house. After he went over to my place, he list down the pros and cons for selling my house. After a protract conversation, he told me that selling my house would probably be beneficial for me as if i were to sell later, i will to pay more incurred interest as a result of financing my house then. I then told him i will call him back as both my wife and I needed to discuss it further. One good thing is that he is not to pushy type agent to the point where some will like message every 3-4 days asking if you have decided or not.
